Ann was born and raised in Garden City, New York. Ann and her husband are lifelong residents of Garden City, where they have raised their four children. They are also active members of the community.
Ann been a member of the Garden City SEPTA executive board for the past five years. During her time as SEPTA President, she created the Grant Program which awarded close to $200,000 in funds to Garden City Public Schools.
