Brent Rice is a native Texan and has practiced commercial, residential, and real estate finance in Dallas / Ft. Worth since 1991. A 20-year resident of Plano, Texas, Brent lives within 10 minutes of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility at The Star and within 20 minutes of the PGA of America Headquarters in Frisco. As the former Game Clock Operator for the World Champion Dallas Mavericks from 2000 to 2012, Brent has a reputation for working comfortably within fast paced environments and around celebrities.

As a graduate of Texas Tech University, Brent earned a BBA degree in Finance - Real Estate and maintains a real estate license since 1988 and a mortgage license in Texas while achieving various certifications including a New Home Builder Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and a Certified Residential Listing Specialist. Brent has also completed the curriculum for the coveted CCIM designation among commercial real estate practitioners.
Brent is actively involved in his community and has served in many volunteer roles with Big Brothers Big Sisters, coaching various youth sports, acting as past Board President for his Homeowners' Association, current Chair for the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), and past Treasurer / President for the local high school baseball program.
