Brent Rice is a Native Texan and has a very broad base of real estate skills and expertise. Brent has practiced COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL and real estate FINANCE in Dallas / Ft Worth since 1991. A 25 year resident of northwest Plano, Texas, Brent lives within 10 minutes of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility at The Star and within 20 minutes of the PGA of America Headquarters in Frisco. Despite his lifelong familiarity with the North Texas landscape, Brent is geographically competent in the NORTHERN REGIONS of the DALLAS FORT WORTH METROPLEX that include North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Lewisville, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina and most parts of Denton and Collin Counties that represent the growth areas of North Texas, toward the Red River and Oklahoma.

 

As the former game clock operator for the World Champion Dallas Mavericks from 2000 to 2012, Brent has a reputation for working comfortably within fast paced environments and around celebrities/high net worth individuals since 1998 and as part of the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division but treats all of his clients equally and with the same high level of service. The Compass Sports & Entertainment Division consists of over 170 members across 75 markets and extends beyond the United States.
