Eli Masud Portrait
With a strong foundation in sales, construction, and building products, Eli Masud made a seamless transition into real estate brokerage in 2014—and has since built one of the most dynamic and successful careers in the industry.

A Chicago native, Eli brings not only a vast professional network but also a deep, lived-in understanding of both the city and the western suburbs, having lived and sold in a wide range of neighborhoods across both areas.

He is the founder of Second City Agents, which he has grown into one of the fastest-growing real estate team in both Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. In 2024, Eli was honored with Double Platinum by the Chicago Association of Realtors—the organization’s highest award—recognizing his team’s exceptional performance and impact.

Now based in Burr Ridge, Eli is a proud homeowner and a seasoned multifamily investor with properties throughout Chicago. His portfolio includes homes and buildings he has personally renovated, sold, or continues to hold. This unique blend of market expertise and investment experience allows him to guide clients in identifying smart opportunities and maximizing returns—whether buying a first home or building long-term wealth through real estate.

Before entering real estate, Eli thrived at James Hardie Building Products, where he gained in-depth knowledge of new construction and home renovation. He also successfully ran a limousine business, a reflection of his entrepreneurial drive and dedication to five-star service.

Eli earned his B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Purdue University and holds an MBA from Lewis University, where he now serves as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the nationally ranked men’s volleyball team. A former competitive beach volleyball player himself, he is also a proud member of the elite Compass Sports & Entertainment Division.

Committed to giving back, Eli volunteers his time with Operation Birthday, Nourishing Hope, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Fluent in Arabic, Eli is happily married to his wife Lauren, proud dog dad to their pit bull Kelbi, and loving father to their two children, Madeline and Cameron. His clients often refer to him as their “realtor for life,” a reflection of his loyalty, insight, and dedication to lasting relationships.
