Throughout her career, Gretchen has always believed in having clients for life. She has worked directly with builders and developers to help bring neighborhoods to life and market the homes within them, with some of these long-standing relationships still flourishing today, decades later. From finding land, selecting house plans, and determining the buyer profile, to end-to-end neighborhood marketing, Gretchen loves seeing these communities come to life and being a part of the memories homeowners make within them.
Gretchen's love of Raleigh and passion for sharing her city with the world drove her to create two video series called, "Discover the Triangle," and, "Best of Raleigh." Each segment introduces viewers to the towns, neighborhoods, builders, and businesses that Gretchen and her clients adore.
As her team continues to grow, Gretchen instills principles of outstanding service and dedication in each of her team members. Her network of professionals within the real estate space allows her to provide an all-inclusive experience to each of her clients throughout the US.
Gretchen is a wife and mother of three who attend NC State University, St. David’s School, and Grace Christian School. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is a passionate member of the Greater Raleigh community and enjoys supporting local businesses and participating in political and health and wellness endeavors–currently serving as the President of Women of Compass for the Southeast Region a member of Compass’ Sports and Entertainment Division, Luxury Division, REALM, and past Chair of the Top Producer Council. Gretchen also enjoys collaborating with other industry professionals and has an extensive network of referral partners across the United States.
