Shelby Florenz

Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, I would have never guessed Jacksonville Florida was where I would end up. That was until I found Northeast Florida and realized 90 degrees in January beats minus 10 degrees every time! After graduating from UNLV in 2012 with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Civic Engagement and Leadership I moved to Arusha Tanzania to teach and volunteer in an orphanage called Living Water Children Centre and live out a lifelong dream of mine. Shortly after I landed in Africa I received a call from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers which fulfilled an even larger dream of mine which was working in the Community Relations Division for an NFL team. After a year with the Buccaneers I made a small hop to St. Petersburg to give baseball a try and work in the Community Relations department for the Tampa Bay Rays. My time with the Rays organization allowed me to then jump on board with the Head Coach of the Jaguars at the time and a job opportunity with his family brought me to Jacksonville. Little did I know when moving to Ponte Vedra that I would soon meet my husband and make Jacksonville my forever home. I have fallen in love with Jacksonville for so many reasons, the weather, the real estate but above all I have fell in love with the people. I focus on all types of properties but I specialize in Jaguar coaches and their families and finding them the right fit when they land in Jacksonville. I love to provide my clients with a 5 Star experience from the first phone call to a year after closing when they can't find their home warranty information. I am an agent who is there for my clients and who they can trust. I have been fortunate enough to find Trevor Lawrence and his wife Marissa their dream home in Jacksonville along with 15+ coaches, past and present for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
