An Atlanta native, Skylar brings an intimate knowledge of the Metro Atlanta real estate market with a unique perspective on each of Atlanta's communities, and is passionate about helping everyone find their home in the Atlanta area. With an unmatched knowledge of Atlanta and a long list of S&E clients, Skylar is proud to have helped numerous athletes and entertainers with their real estate needs in Atlanta -- whether a second home, offseason retreat, in-season home, short-term housing, or more -- she prides herself on making the process seamless from start to finish for her clients.
After graduating from the University of Alabama, where she worked for the Alabama Football program, Skylar worked for ESPN in their social/digital media department. In both of these roles, Skylar gained a unique perspective into the lives of professional athletes, coaches, entertainers and more, and the challenges they face day-to-day, especially when it comes to their real estate needs.
She paired this knowledge and experience with her passion for and upbringing in the real estate industry, and shortly thereafter joined forces with her mother and stepfather to form the powerhouse Team Toth, one of Compass Atlanta's founding teams. She found immediate success as a full-time realtor representing buyers, sellers, and investors at all price points and in all walks of life, being recognized as a top producer in Atlanta in both units and volume sold three years in a row. Her commitment to protecting her clients' privacy, helping to balance their often busy schedules and being available no matter what time zone they're in shines when helping her clients with their moves to, from, or in Atlanta.
