2022 Miami Dolphins Business Combine

Love, love, love getting on stage to educate and engage with these young men about investing in real estate.  The Miami Dolphins just wrapped up their 2022 Business Combine and I’m so thankful for the privilege of having been brought in now for 10+ years.  The player engagement team is top of class in the NFL!  It’s so important that pro athletes begin to learn, go down rabbit holes, grow their network of trusted contacts and invest appropriately while they are still playing. 

This allows them to step into retirement with true confidence and financial abundance.  They are then so much better positioned to make a positive impact in their communities and among their multitude of fans.  I’m investing even at current prices in real estate (and Bitcoin) because I don’t think inflation is transitory and because of the tax benefits, the ability to lock in long-term fixed-rate debt, generation of cash flow, etc.
