A Paradise Valley mansion situated on almost 3.2 acres with unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain recently sold for $13.3 million.
The 11,001-square-foot house with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms comes with a full-size laundry room in every bedroom, a media room and an 11-car garage.
Outside there’s a backyard oasis with a pool, a kitchen, a cabana, a lounge area and a sports court.
The seller spent $4 million to remodel the home inside and out, said Greg Hidder of Launch Powered By Compass and the Compass Sports and Entertainment Division. He had the listing with Lauren Hidder.
Premier North LLC purchased the property. Toby and Jennifer Thomas were the sellers.
The home sold 21 days after being listed. On average, it takes 80 days to sell a home in Paradise Valley.
Paradise Valley is Arizona’s priciest enclave. The median home price in the town was $2.62 million for the first quarter of the year. That’s down 13% from the first quarter of 2023.
