A Paradise Valley mansion located on more than three acres with a laundry room in every bedroom topped the list of priciest metro Phoenix houses to sell during the last week of May. The president of an electrical contractor, a developer and a doctor were among the buyers and sellers.
An 11,001-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion situated on almost 3.2 acres was purchased by Premier North LLC. The house has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a full-size laundry room in every bedroom, a media room and an 11-car garage. Outside, there’s a backyard oasis with a pool, a kitchen, a cabana, a lounge area and a sports court. Toby and Jennifer Thomas were the sellers. Toby is president of Austin Electric. Greg Hidder of Launch Powered By Compass and the Compass Sports and Entertainment Division had the listing with Lauren Hidder.
