Steven Shane is consistently one of the top brokers in the Roaring Fork Valley and has closed more than a billion dollars in sales over the last 10 years. And lastly, we talked about getting creative to find unlisted properties, or even persuading a homeowner to become a seller, in an inventory-starved market.
